My passion for helping elementary teachers began when I was serving as an assistant principal. I realized how listening and guiding teachers towards the resources they needed relieved so much stress and saved them hours of time. Now, I am working with teachers across the country to focus on creating student-centered classrooms in order to foster a strong classroom community while decreasing student discipline.
