April Pickett is the creator of Teach Travel Read, LLC. I love being a teacher and sharing my ideas and resources with other teachers. I am passionate about integrating subjects to save teachers time in the classroom. I believe in a hands-on, engaging approach to teaching and learning. I began teaching in 2010. I have taught upper elementary (grades 3-5) and have experience as a school media specialist (K-5). I am also licensed as a reading specialist and high-ability teacher.
