Class Description

This 60-minute workshop is for elementary teachers who are interested in research-based best practices for grammar instruction that will result in improved writing among your students.

There are 3 main objectives for this workshop:

1. Learn how to inspire your students to see the value of grammar and to apply it in their writing.
2. Learn a research-based method for teaching grammar that will improve your students’ writing.
3. Get repeatable grammar mini-lessons that you can immediately implement in your classroom.

Coach Expertise

Jen has been writing curriculum since she started her career as a second grade teacher ten years ago. She is an expert in grammar and writing instruction for elementary.

  • This editable PowerPoint template includes an editable anchor chart, imitation sentence worksheet, revising & editing checklist, and authentic assessment that can be tailored for any grammar skill.
