Class Description

You’re comfortable standing in front of a classroom full of students, so why is it so hard to interview with a panel of adults? In this workshop, you’ll learn how to confidently control your next interview by helping not only yourself, but your interviewers feel at ease. You’ll learn how to share your personality, experience, and pedagogy regardless of the questions being asked. You’ll also leave the interview knowing that even if you don’t get offered the job, you did your best.

Job-seeking teachers will learn the method to proactively and confidently present themselves in an interview–regardless of the questions being asked and the adults in the room.

Coach Expertise

Khristen started honing her interview skills 20 years ago competing in high school. She has since been on both sides of the interview as a teacher applicant and now as an administrator. She has coached others in the art of panel interviews for 15 years.
