I'm Jamie, from Caffeinated J. I'm an elementary music teacher, but also a wife and mom that runs on coffee. I'm busy, and I know you are too. That's why I love to create resources and lesson ideas for your classroom! I want to save you time and energy so you can spend it on the things that matter most to you. In my ten years of teaching, I've taught a wide variety of grade levels and abilities. Early in my career, I taught Kindergarten through eighth grade in an urban district. I currently teach developmental preschool through fifth grade as well as fifth-grade band. In addition to beginning band, I have also taught choir, theater, and started a ukulele club. I live in Indiana with my husband, daughter, and beagle named Leonard Beaglestein. In my spare time, I enjoy reading fiction and playing the piano and French horn. I love connecting with other music teachers and talking about lesson ideas, funny kid stories, books, and favorite types of coffee or tea!
