Loyalty terms from operators change often, so a message that says which tier schedule, such as a 2026 VIP table, or which jackpot meter you looked at, and when, is the easiest kind for me to verify against Air Canada style status rules and the operator’s own published terms.
What should I send you?
The most useful messages are specific and point to something I can check:
- A factual error in a post, with the page and the sentence you mean.
- A term that is out of date or no longer matches how a program works.
- A broken link, including where you clicked it from.
If your message is about a loyalty term, a tier threshold or a point value, tell me which document you are reading. I check claims against the operator’s own published loyalty terms, so a link to the page you used helps me compare it with what the post says.
What can this site not do?
I cannot help with a dispute against an operator, an account problem, a locked account, a missing withdrawal or recovering funds. This is an information site, not a casino or an operator, and I have no access to any player account. Messages asking me to intervene in an account matter cannot be acted on.
If gambling is affecting your money, your work or the people around you, the responsible gambling page lists support options in Canada. Please use those rather than the comment form.
What happens after you write?
I read comments and check the claim against the source. When a correction is needed, I apply it to the post and note that the post was changed. Corrections are not quietly removed.
Comments are public, so do not include personal or account details. The privacy policy explains what the comment form collects and how long it is kept. You can also read the editorial policy for how posts are written and reviewed, and the affiliate disclosure for how links on this site may earn a commission.
